NS3 Commercial Real Estate was established to provide strategic brokerage and advisory services grounded in the interests of each client. We are building a firm designed to grow with the clients and markets we serve, while holding every engagement to the same standard of licensed professionalism and fiduciary care.
Our work begins with understanding what you want to accomplish. From finding a location to bringing a property to market, the goal is to make the choices clearer and the process easier to follow.
We work with property owners, investors and business operators. Northern California is our specialty, and we also advise clients whose properties or plans extend across the country, including multi-market and nationwide strategies. For transactions outside California, we work alongside brokers licensed in those states.

Nickolas Saldivar III is the designated broker and Chief Executive Officer of NS3 Commercial Real Estate. He leads the firm’s brokerage strategy and client representation and supervises its licensed activities. His approach is to understand each client’s goals, evaluate the options thoroughly and follow through.
