Information you give us

When you send an inquiry, we collect your name, your email address and/or phone number, the topic you choose and your message. Your company name and preferred language are optional. We use this information only to respond to you, understand what you need and follow up on your inquiry. Sending an inquiry does not create a brokerage relationship and does not sign you up for marketing.

Information collected automatically

Our website hosting and security provider processes technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. To limit spam, our inquiry system keeps a one-way scrambled version of your IP address with your inquiry; it cannot be used to recover the original address. We have not added analytics, advertising or tracking cookies to this website. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary security cookies.

Property listings

Our listings page displays information provided by a third-party commercial real estate listing service. That service receives technical information from your browser, may set its own cookies and offers its own cookie choices. If you send an inquiry through a listing, your information goes to that service and to us, and the service’s own privacy policy also applies.

Who handles your information

We use service providers for website hosting, secure storage of inquiries, business email and client relationship management. These providers process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services. We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising.

Do Not Track

This website does not track visitors across other websites, so it does not respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

How long we keep it

The website’s copy of an inquiry is deleted automatically after 90 days. Information we add to our business records is kept as long as needed for the relationship and as required by law, including real estate recordkeeping rules.

Sensitive information

Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank details, identification, financial statements or other sensitive documents through this website. Ask us for an appropriate method instead.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have from your inquiry, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us using the details above. Depending on the law that applies, you may have additional rights.
